      The Khwarizmi International Award will be presented during the prestigious awarding ceremony in Tehran, first week of February, 2008.

First Announcement

Eleven outstanding candidates have been selected by the KIA Final Jury as the Laureates of the 21st Khwarizmi International Award.    

They come from:

Belgium, Canada , Rep. of China , Egypt , France , India , Italy , South Korea , Switzerland , Taiwan (Rep. of China )

On the 17th December, 2007, the first meeting of the final Jury was held in IROST. In this meeting the recommended applications of the medical science and industrial chemistry committees were evaluated by the Jury for a final decision. The official announcement will be made during the next days.
